Swim Ireland secures Deloitte Ireland as three-year Performance Programme partner

Swim Ireland has announced a three-year partnership with Deloitte Ireland as an official partner of its Performance Programme, supporting Ireland's high-performance swimmers and divers as they prepare for major international competition through to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games and beyond.

Swim Ireland confirmed that Deloitte will play a pivotal role in advancing the Performance Programme, with the collaboration reinforcing a shared commitment to excellence, athlete development and sustained success on the global stage across swimming, para-swimming and diving.

Mary McMorrow, interim CEO of Swim Ireland, said the organisation is delighted to welcome Deloitte as a partner to the Performance Programme, noting that Deloitte's existing commitment to Irish Olympic and Paralympic sport and its support of one of Swim Ireland's own Olympic champions makes the partnership a strong alignment of values, and that the support will play an important role in developing a sustainable, world-class performance system.

Olympic champion and Deloitte ambassador Daniel Wiffen said he is delighted to see Deloitte come on board as an official partner of Swim Ireland, adding that he knows firsthand how vital the partnership will be for the next generation of Irish swimmers and how it will drive continued success for Irish swimming on the world stage.

Deloitte already holds established partnerships with the Olympic Federation of Ireland and Paralympics Ireland, making the Swim Ireland agreement a further deepening of its involvement across the Irish high-performance sporting ecosystem.
