Industry NewsPunctual Print becomes Boxing Ireland official printing and branding partner
Punctual Print has become official printing and branding partner of Boxing Ireland, the national governing body for amateur boxing on the island of Ireland, according to the Irish Independent.
The Irish printing and branding company based in Blessington, County Wicklow, has already delivered extensive in-venue branding at the National Stadium, the home of Irish boxing, and at the high-performance unit where elite athletes prepare for international competition. Punctual Print will also shortly design and print a poster of the 'built different' mission statement for every one of Boxing Ireland's 365 clubs.
The partnership comes during a significant growth phase for Boxing Ireland, following its recent rebrand, new website launch, long-term apparel partnership with Nike, and collaboration with Sting, a boxing equipment manufacturer. The collaboration also marks the organisation's strategic expansion into the retail space among Sting's partners in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Gary Stewart, chief executive at Boxing Ireland, said the company is a brilliant local business with international expertise. "Their work at the 2026 Elite Championships transformed the National Stadium and elevated the experience for boxers, clubs, and families alike and made the championships an extra-special experience. We're proud to work with a company that has boxing at its heart, and values our community," he stated.
Stewart added the partnership represents a new era for Boxing Ireland from a commercial perspective. Founded in 1911, Boxing Ireland is committed to developing the sport at all levels, promoting excellence and supporting athletes, coaches and clubs across the country.
Bernard Moran, print manager at Punctual Print, said working with Boxing Ireland from the inception of the brand has been a key part of the partnership journey. "As important as Boxing Ireland's corporate identity is to us, what's as important is the sport's community impact," he noted.
