Pat O'Donnell & Co backs Clare Camogie across three squads

Clare Camogie has announced a sponsorship agreement with Pat O'Donnell & Co covering the county's senior, under-23 and minor squads, according to Clare FM.

The long-time Clare GAA supporter is partnering with Clare Camogie during a period Clare Camogie describes as significant development and rising standards within the sport.

The deal comes as Clare Camogie embarks on a transformative five-year player pathway development programme focusing on elite strength and conditioning, nutrition and a unified playing style across all grades.

Pat O'Donnell, managing director at Pat O'Donnell & Co, said supporting the county represents one of his greatest pleasures. "Having seen the incredible dedication of the Clare Camogie players—who recently reached an All-Ireland senior quarter-final—we are thrilled to support their journey and help ensure they have the resources to compete at the highest level," he stated.

Fergal O'Brien, recently ratified chairman of Clare Camogie for 2026, said the partnership will be instrumental as the county continues to improve coaching and development setups. "Their name is legendary in Clare sporting circles, and their support will be instrumental as we continue to improve our coaching and development setups and inspire the next generation of players," he noted.

O'Brien highlighted the alignment of core values between both organisations. Pat O'Donnell & Co has built its reputation over 55 years on reliability, hard work and commitment to excellence, traits exhibited by Clare's elite camogie players on the pitch.

The agreement strengthens Clare Camogie's commercial portfolio as the county invests in long-term player development infrastructure across multiple competition levels.
