MAHA UK is sponsoring Over Sports Youth FC's under-13s team for the 2026-27 season, giving the vehicle testing equipment manufacturer visibility across a Cambridgeshire village club that provides football to more than 120 local youngsters across multiple age groups. The sponsorship supplies the team with branded tracksuits for training and matchday warm-ups, aimed at the practical demands of a season that regularly runs into difficult winter football weather.

MAHA UK is the British subsidiary of German manufacturer MAHA Group, headquartered in Haldenwang, Germany, and established in the UK in 1997 with its own base in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. The company supplies vehicle inspection and workshop equipment, including brake testers, lifts, headlight aligners and axle play detectors, to MOT and ATF test centres and repair workshops handling cars, vans, HGVs and motorcycles.

Over Sports Youth FC is an FA-chartered village football club based in Over, Cambridgeshire, fielding two training age groups, two girls' teams, five mixed youth league sides and four colts teams from under-5 to under-14 level, giving more than 120 local youngsters the chance to play.

The sponsorship reflects a straightforward local logic: MAHA UK is headquartered a short distance from Over, giving the manufacturer a direct community tie to a village club rather than a broader regional or national platform.

MAHA UK described itself as delighted to throw its support behind a local Cambridgeshire football team, positioning the sponsorship as a practical contribution, branded training kit, rather than a stadium or shirt-based commercial arrangement.

For Over Sports, gaining sponsored tracksuits addresses a specific operational need for a village club fielding sides across ten age groups on a limited budget, rather than a cash sum the club would otherwise have to allocate itself.

For the sector, the deal illustrates how manufacturers and industrial suppliers based in smaller towns use hyperlocal grassroots sponsorship, often modest in scale and equipment-based rather than cash, to build community visibility close to their own operations rather than competing for national brand exposure.
