D/RES Properties joins KPMG Women's Irish Open sponsor roster

D/RES Properties has been confirmed as co-sponsor of the 2026 KPMG Women's Irish Open, further strengthening commercial backing behind the tournament, according to Sport for Business.

One of Ireland's largest private residential developers, D/RES brings more than 50 years of Durkan family building heritage to the partnership and has established a reputation for award-winning sustainable development. The company's communities across the Greater Dublin Area have become synonymous with quality construction, design innovation and long-term environmental responsibility.

The agreement comes at a time of continued momentum for the KPMG Women's Irish Open, which has enjoyed record Irish representation and rising attendances in recent years. D/RES joins Hiscox, Novellus and Nespresso as co-sponsors, with McCann Fitzgerald, Amundi, Amgen and BMW as premium partners, and KPMG as title sponsor.

The 2026 edition will take place from 27 to 30 August at The K Club on its renowned Palmer South course, widely regarded as one of Ireland's premier championship venues.

Patrick Durkan, chief executive at D/RES Properties, said the decision reflects shared values around progress and community impact. Since its revival, the KPMG Women's Irish Open has rapidly re-established itself as a cornerstone of the Irish sporting calendar, attracting leading international players while providing a platform for homegrown talent.
