AG1 partners with Irish Rugby as official nutrition sponsor

AG1, the European-based nutritional supplement company formerly known as Athletic Greens, has formalised a multi-level sponsorship with Irish Rugby, covering both grassroots clubs and the Men’s and Women’s national teams, according to Adworld.

Under the agreement, AG1 becomes the Official Daily Nutrition Supplement Partner for Irish Rugby. The company will feature branding at all home fixtures and engage fans directly with exclusive offers and product sampling during matches across Ireland.

Billy Murphy, chairperson of the IRFU commercial & marketing committee, welcomed the deal, commenting, “In rugby, our players are constantly pushing their bodies to the limits. The sponsorship represents AG1’s first official sports partnership in Ireland. Irish Rugby will benefit from enhanced player support, while fans gain exposure to science-backed nutrition products used by professional athletes and high-performance teams worldwide.

AG1’s activation will run throughout the 2026 Guinness Six Nations season and includes opportunities for ongoing engagement at domestic and national levels.
