This award recognises the very best agency engaged in sponsorship work who can demonstrate unparalleled expertise, creativity, and effectiveness in their strategies and activations. The judges seek innovative approaches to sponsorship strategy and activation, backed by demonstrable results and testimonials showcasing the agency’s successful engagement within the past 12 months.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Agency Background: Present a concise profile of your agency, including the number of employees, current clients list, and complete sponsorship portfolio, highlighting your expertise and industry positioning.
  • Innovative Strategies: Demonstrate how your agency pushes the boundaries of traditional sponsorship strategies by introducing innovative and creative approaches. Highlight any new methodologies, technologies, or techniques implemented to enhance sponsorship activations.
  • Sponsorship Portfolio: Provide an overview of recent sponsorships, including category, level, unique features, objectives, target audience, key partnerships, and activation strategies.
  • Evidence of Campaign Success: Provide tangible evidence of campaign success through measurable outcomes such as key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and ROI data, demonstrating the efficacy of your strategies.
  • Impact on Agency Growth: Showcase how your sponsorship activities drove agency growth, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and expansions linked directly to your sponsorship marketing expertise.
  • Testimonials: Where possible, please include client feedback on collaborative experience, value, and satisfaction with results achieved through your sponsorship expertise.
